All seven Participating Nations signed the Wildwood Sequestered Carbon-Intensive Oil (WSCIO) Indigenous Stewardship Framework, placing Indigenous Nations at the structural foundation of the WSCIO project through governance, economics, and long-term stewardship.

The Theaus Global Stewardship Framework was updated to version 2.0, reflecting integration of the Indigenous Stewardship Framework and the evolution of the platform across multiple pathways. Under TGSF v2.0, at least 50% of gross Project revenue is committed to Indigenous participation and the energy transition: 30% to Indigenous participation and stewardship, and 20% to energy transition investments.
